Mainstream education isn’t for all young people.

YourMotive.com has a vision to develop and deliver a series of activities primarily outdoors and in an innovative and different style. It is mainly for those not within mainstream education aged between 14 and 16 and for all the schools across Cardiff and South Wales, but at YourMotive.com we can cater for students of all levels and abilities. A team of experienced staff engage with the students to help them develop both life and transferable skills that are valued in the workplace, whilst helping them identify their own individual learning pathway.

YourMotive.com provides diverse alternative educational opportunities which broaden the horizons of young people and prepare them for the outside world through experiential learning.

A number of locations throughout South Wales are visited to ensure that the students are engaged in a wide range of differing activities including community projects, group dynamic tasks, exercise and sport sessions.

Wherever possible YourMotive.com identifies opportunities for young people to learn and be rewarded for their work making the learning process enjoyable. In the first year of delivering the Youth Achievers Award 46 of the 112 students were put forward for External Moderation and recently achieved their Bronze Award, additionally all of the students passed a First Aid course gaining a certificate for their personal development file. The students who achieved the Youth Achievers Award will now continue to work towards the N.O.C.N Step Up qualification and will hopefully continue further on their personal development path.
